# Definition and Use of Each Area

The building, floor by floor: what each space is and what it's for.

## Spaces

Four floors. Each space has a purpose — use it for that.

| Floor | Space | Use |
| ------------ | --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Ground Floor | Entrance | Shoes off at the entry area. |
| Ground Floor | Waiting area | For guests. Meet your visitor here; guests don't wander the building unaccompanied. |
| Ground Floor | Storage 1 | Storage. |
| Ground Floor | Kitchen | For office staff use. |
| Second Floor | Room 1 — Meeting room | Bookable for meetings; doubles as free working space. Usually used by the executive team. |
| Second Floor | Room 2 — CEO office | CEO office. |
| Third Floor | Room 3 | Marketing. |
| Third Floor | Room 4 | Finance, Accounting & HR. |
| Fourth Floor | Storage 2 | Storage. |
| Fourth Floor | Terrace | Smoking area. The only one: nobody smokes anywhere else in the building. |
