# General Conduct

Bathrooms, office tools, and the baseline: leave things how you'd want to find them.

Shared space, shared standard. The office works when nobody has to clean up after anybody.

#### Bathrooms

* Nothing goes in the toilet except human waste. Toilet paper, wipes, paper towels — everything goes in the bin. That's what's been clogging the pipes.
* Leave it the way you'd want to find it. If you made a mess, you clean it.
* Clogged or broken? Report it to the HQ Maintenance Lead immediately. A reported problem is a maintenance issue; a hidden one is the next person's bad day.

#### Office tools & equipment

* Company tools and equipment are for work. Use them properly, return them where they belong.
* If something breaks or stops working, report it — same rule as the bathroom: reporting is never the problem.

#### The baseline

Common sense and respect for the next person cover everything this page doesn't. When in doubt, that's the rule.
