# Closing Routine

AC, lights, and doors when leaving last — your office and the building.

Two levels. Both are the responsibility of whoever leaves last — not of the person after you, because there is no person after you.

#### Last to leave your office

* AC off.
* Lights off.
* Doors open — humidity control. This is Vietnam: closed rooms grow mold.

#### Last to leave the building

Everything above, plus the ground floor (where the exit is):

* AC off.
* Lights off.
* The door-open rule does not apply here — the ground floor is a single open space.

#### The principle

If you are the last one out, the building's condition is yours. "I thought someone else was still here" is not a reason: check before you leave.
